And now, it’s over !

The two concerts in the magnificent auditorium of Saint Pierre des Cuisines were a success. 800 people in total, a great musical quality, and a shared pleasure between the musicians and the public. The symphony of Bert Appermont took the whole room in a captivating universe, delicate and powerful at the same time. The performance of the Trombone concerto of Grondahl by Jonathan Reith was unanimous, as well as the superb bis with 4 trombones. West Side Story concluded the evening in a perfect way. All under the baton of a great Dylan Corlay, at the same time of an extreme precision, and of a great musicality, not hesitating for the bis to ask the help of the public, which with all his forces shouted a « mambo » thundering (with choreography!).

We thank all our partners, all the volunteers, the public and the musicians for making this magic moment possible.

And now, on the way to Kerkrade’s World Music Contest in July 2017!

Et voilà, c’est terminé !

Les deux concerts dans le magnifique auditorium de Saint Pierre des Cuisines ont été une réussite. 800 personnes au total, une grande qualité musicale, et un plaisir partagé entre les musiciens et le public. La symphonie de Bert Appermont a emporté toute la salle dans un univers envoutant, délicat et puissant à la fois. L’interprétation du concerto de Trombone de Grondahl par Jonathan Reith a fait l’unanimité, ainsi que le superbe bis à 4 trombones. West Side Story a conclu la soirée d’un façon parfaite. Le tout sous la baguette d’un grand Dylan Corlay, a la fois d’une précision extrême, et d’une grande musicalité, n’hésitant pas pour le bis à demander l’aide du public, qui de toutes ses forces cria un « mambo » tonitruant (avec chorégraphie !).

Nous remercions tous nos partenaires, tous les bénévoles, le public et les musiciens pour avoir rendu ce moment magique possible.
